1. Who we are

This website is operated by Glint Luxe ("Glint Luxe", "we", "us"), based in Detroit, Michigan. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and descriptions

  • Our jewelry uses lab-created moissanite. Moissanite is a different gemstone from diamond, even though it can pass many standard diamond testers.
  • Metals are described as listed by our maker (for example, 925 sterling silver). "Gold-Tone" and "Rose Gold-Tone" mean a colored finish, not solid gold.
  • Photos are of the actual product style, but color, sparkle and size can look slightly different on screens. Sizes and measurements are approximate.

3. Orders and pricing

  • All prices are in US dollars.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item becomes unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you'll get a full refund.
  • We may change prices, products or these terms at any time. Changes don't affect orders already placed.

4. Made-to-order shipping

Orders are made to order and usually arrive in about 2–3 weeks. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items. See our Refund Policy for the full rules, including who pays return shipping.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We don't store your full card details.

7. Discount codes

Discount codes can't be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may expire or be withdrawn at any time.

8. Your account and conduct

Please give accurate information when you order. Don't misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.

9. Intellectual property

Site content, including our photos, text and logo, belongs to Glint Luxe or is used with permission. Please don't copy it without asking.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and applicable US law.
